  • 2 pack 200g coles medium thin crispy pizza bases
  • 1 cup coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 2 x 80g chat potatoes very thinly sliced
  • 1 chorizo thinly sliced
  • 12 coles medium raw prawns from the deli peeled
  • 20 green pitted olives
  • 80g shaved parmesan
  • 4 slices coles prosciutto freshly sliced from the deli torn into thick strips

  • preheat oven to 220 divide the pizza bases between two baking trays sprinkle the mozzarella over the bases arrange the potato slices on top then top with the chorizo prawns and olives bake swapping the position of the trays halfway through for 10 15 minutes or until the potato is tender and the crust is golden
