Ready in 20 minutes, this Japanese noodle stir-fry dish will be a new weeknight dinner favourite.
The ingredient of Quick Beef Mince Yakisoba
- 80ml 1 3 cup smoky barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves finely grated
- 3 teaspoons finely grated ginger
- 500g beef mince
- 400g pkt shelf fresh ramen noodles
- 1 2 x 250g pkt rainbow coleslaw mix
- kewpie mayonnaise to drizzle optional
- 2 green shallots trimmed thinly sliced
- 1 nori sheet finely shredded
- pickled ginger to serve
The Instruction of quick beef mince yakisoba
- combine the barbecue sauce oyster sauce and vinegar in a small jug
- heat the oil in a wok over high heat add the garlic and fresh ginger and stir fry for 1 minute or until aromatic add the mince and stir fry for 5 minutes or until browned
- meanwhile place the noodles in a heatproof bowl cover with boiling water and stand for 1 minute drain
- add the sauce mixture to the wok and stir fry for 3 minutes or until slightly caramelised add the noodles and coleslaw and toss to combine remove from heat wave the nori sheet over the heat for 10 seconds or until crisp crumble
- serve the noodle mixture with the nori pickled ginger and shallot drizzle with mayo if you like
