- 1kg piece beef rump steak fat trimmed cubed
- 400ml can coconut milk

The Instruction of beef coconut curry
- melt butter in a large heavy based saucepan over medium heat add onions cook for 2 minutes or until tender add garlic ginger and spices cook stirring for 5 minutes
- add beef cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned add coconut milk curry leaves and salt and pepper bring to the boil cover reduce heat to low simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes or until meat is tender serve with rice and pappadums
