The ingredient of Iceberg Lemon And Mint Slaw

  • 1 iceberg lettuce coarsely shredded
  • 5 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 celery heart with leaves thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch mint leaves coarsely chopped
  • juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
