No-churn, creamy ice-cream! Wait, what? Try this super-simple version and you wont need Queen Elsas icy powers or an ice-cream maker! As there is less water in condensed milk, theres no need to churn the ice-cream to prevent ice crystals forming.

The ingredient of Easiest Ever Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

  • 395g can nestlu00c9 sweetened condensed milk
  • 600ml thickened cream
  • 1 vanilla bean split

The Instruction of easiest ever vanilla bean ice cream

  • place condensed milk and cream in a large bowl using a knife scrape vanilla seeds from bean and add to bowl
  • using an electric mixer beat mixture for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture just forms soft peaks transfer to a 1 litre capacity metal or plastic container cover surface with plastic wrap freeze overnight
  • remove and discard plastic wrap serve immediately
