Our homemade salted caramel fudge is the perfect gift to give this holiday season (if you can refrain from eating it all yourself!)
The ingredient of Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe
- 397g can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup 220g brown sugar
- 125g butter
- 2 tbs glucose syrup
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 200g white chocolate chopped
- 1 4 tsp sea salt flakes
- sea salt flakes extra to sprinkle
The Instruction of salted caramel fudge recipe
- grease a 20cm base measurement square cake pan and line with baking paper allowing the sides to overhang
- place the condensed milk sugar butter glucose syrup and golden syrup in a medium saucepan over low heat cook stirring and brushing down the side of the pan with a wet pastry brush occasionally for 10 mins or until the sugar completely dissolves
- increase heat to medium high cook stirring constantly for 8 10 mins or until the mixture thickens and comes away from the side of the pan remove from heat add chocolate and salt stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth pour into the prepared pan and smooth the surface sprinkle with extra salt set aside for 1 hour or until firm turn onto a clean work surface and cut into pieces store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks
