  • 1 2 cup 50g good quality cocoa powder
  • 1 2 cup 125ml milk
  • 40g butter melted
  • 1 egg lightly whisked

  • 1 2 cup 125ml chocolate liqueur
  • vanilla ice cream or thin cream to serve
