- 250ml 1 cup white vinegar
- 140g 2 3 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 500g cauliflower cut into small florets
