- 150g streaky bacon rashers
- 2 baby cos lettuces
- 4 boiled eggs

- 65g 1 4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 bunch fresh chives
