This nutritious shake is a big hit with the kids.

The ingredient of Berry Thickshake

  • 300g frozen mixed berries or 200g fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large scoops of berry flavoured frozen yoghurt

  • place berries in a blender add milk and scoops frozen yoghurt blend until smooth
