- 3 radish thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- cook noodles following packet directions
- meanwhile heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil in a large frying pan over high heat cook mince breaking up with a wooden spoon for 7 8 minutes or until browned add chilli garlic and 1 tablespoon of seeds cook stirring for 1 minute
- add soy sauce sugar vinegar half the onion half the coriander and remaining peanut oil add noodles cook until combined and warmed through
- serve noodles with cucumber and radish top with remaining coriander onion and seeds drizzle with sesame oil to finish
