- 150g green beans trimmed halved
- 1 lebanese cucumber peeled into ribbons
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 2 red capsicum thickly sliced
- olive oil cooking spray
- 2 large pita breads
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sumac see note
- 400g can four bean mix drained rinsed
- 425g can tuna in oil drained flaked into large pieces
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
