- 1 cup raisins finely chopped
- 300g good quality dark cooking chocolate
- 25g butter chopped
- 300ml thickened cream
- 1 2 cup cocoa powder

- combine rum and raisins in a saucepan over low heat bring to the boil remove from heat set aside for 30 minutes
