- 1 5kg cream delight potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 4 cup lemon juice
The Instruction of roasted lemon garlic potatoes
- preheat oven to 150c 130c fan forced
- peel potatoes and cut into wedges place in a large roasting pan sprinkle with garlic and oregano pour over oil lemon juice and 1 2 cup cold water season well with salt and pepper
- roast for 1 hour turning potato halfway through cooking
- increase oven temperature to 200c 180c fan forced roast potato for 15 to 20 minutes or until tops of potato wedges are golden and crisp serve
