Roasted Pumpkin


Classic roast pumpkin is so versatile you can add it to almost any dish, from creamy pastas and salads to roast dinners, pastries and pies.

The ingredient of Roasted Pumpkin

  • 3 5kg butternut pumpkin peeled seeded cut into 2 5cm pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

The Instruction of roasted pumpkin

  • place pumpkin on prepared trays drizzle with olive oil season with salt and pepper toss to coat roast at 180c for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and just tender set aside to cool completely
