- 2 cloves garlic chopped

- 1 sachet tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon coles balsamic vinegar
- 1 2 teaspoon dried herbs thyme or oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

- heat oil in pan add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent
