This chicken stir-fry is a quick way to get a nutritious meal to the table.

The ingredient of Lemon And Honey Chicken Stir Fry

  • 2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
  • 750g chicken tenderloins thinly sliced on diagonal
  • 8 green onions trimmed sliced diagonally
  • 1 4 cup honey
  • 1 4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup roasted cashew nuts
  • steamed jasmine rice to serve
