Beef Fajitas


The whole family will love these colourful and tasty fajitas.

The ingredient of Beef Fajitas

  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 600g beef rump steak trimmed
  • 1 1 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium red capsicum sliced
  • 1 medium yellow capsicum sliced
  • 1 large red onion sliced
  • 8 flour tortillas warmed
  • fresh coriander leaves to serve

The Instruction of beef fajitas

  • place garlic chopped coriander cumin and steak in a bowl add half the oil season with salt and pepper turn to coat
  • heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over high heat add steak cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking stand covered for 5 minutes thinly slice
  • meanwhile cook capsicums and onion over high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until browned and tender divide beef vegetables and coriander leaves between tortillas roll up to enclose filling serve
