White Chocolate And Macadamia Brownie


White chocolate gives these brownies a very creamy flavour.

The ingredient of White Chocolate And Macadamia Brownie

  • 180g white chocolate chopped
  • 150g unsalted butter cubed
  • 1 cup 220g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs whisked
  • 1 teaspoon queen vanilla extract or essence
  • 100g macadamia nuts finely chopped
  • 3 4 cup 115g plain flour

The Instruction of white chocolate and macadamia brownie

  • preheat oven to 170c line a 18cm base square cake pan with non stick baking paper
  • place the chocolate and butter in a medium microwave safe bowl microwave on medium 50 power stirring every minute for 1 2 minutes until melted set aside to cool slightly
  • add the sugar eggs and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture mix until well combined stir in the macadamia nuts and flour until well combined pour into the pan
  • bake for 30 35 minutes or until crumbs cling to a skewer when inserted set aside to cool completely
