- 150g unsalted butter cubed
- 1 cup 220g caster sugar
- 3 eggs whisked
- 1 teaspoon queen vanilla extract or essence
- 100g macadamia nuts finely chopped
- 3 4 cup 115g plain flour

- preheat oven to 170c line a 18cm base square cake pan with non stick baking paper
- place the chocolate and butter in a medium microwave safe bowl microwave on medium 50 power stirring every minute for 1 2 minutes until melted set aside to cool slightly
- add the sugar eggs and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture mix until well combined stir in the macadamia nuts and flour until well combined pour into the pan
- bake for 30 35 minutes or until crumbs cling to a skewer when inserted set aside to cool completely
