The ingredient of Lemon Pepper Calamari

  • 300g frozen calamari defrosted
  • 12g masterfoods lemon pepper seasoning
  • 60g plain flour
  • 200ml vegetable oil

The Instruction of lemon pepper calamari

  • mix together the flour and lemon pepper seasoning in a small bowl
  • get the calamari rings and toss in the flour mixture until evenly coated
  • preheat oil in wok see notes cook calamari for 2 minutes take out of wok and place on paper towel to drain excess oil
  • serve with a drizzle of lemon juice and hot chips
