- 300g frozen calamari defrosted
- 12g masterfoods lemon pepper seasoning
- 60g plain flour
- 200ml vegetable oil
The Instruction of lemon pepper calamari
- mix together the flour and lemon pepper seasoning in a small bowl
- get the calamari rings and toss in the flour mixture until evenly coated
- preheat oil in wok see notes cook calamari for 2 minutes take out of wok and place on paper towel to drain excess oil
- serve with a drizzle of lemon juice and hot chips
