  • 1 beurre bosc pear peeled halved and cored
  • 150g mild and creamy blue cheese
  • 1 4 cup 60ml aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 40g baby rocket leaves
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
