Apple Crumble Cocktail


Spiked with apple schnapps and drizzled with caramel sauce, this apple crumble cocktail proves winter isnt that bad, after all.

The ingredient of Apple Crumble Cocktail

  • 90g 1 cup apple and cinnamon granola
  • 60ml 1 4 cup honey
  • caramel sauce to drizzle
  • 375ml 1 1 2 cups milk
  • 375ml 1 1 2 cups pouring cream
  • 125ml 1 2 cup apple schnapps
  • 125ml 1 2 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2 cup ice cubes
  • ground cinnamon to sprinkle
  • green apple thinly sliced to serve

The Instruction of apple crumble cocktail

  • process the granola in a food processor until coarse crumbs form pour onto a plate
  • put the honey in the microwave on high for 10 15 seconds until very runny pour the honey onto a saucer or small plate
  • press the rims of four 250ml 1 cup cocktail glasses into the honey then into the granola mixture to create a crumble edge around the glass swirl caramel sauce around the inside of the glasses to decorate
  • combine the milk cream schnapps vodka icing sugar and vanilla in a cocktail shaker add the ice and shake for about 10 seconds
  • strain the mixture into the prepared glasses sprinkle over ground cinnamon and add a slice of green apple to the side of the glass serve immediately
