5 Minute Vanilla Cheesecake


The ingredient of 5 Minute Vanilla Cheesecake

  • 12 granita biscuits
  • 500g cream cheese at room temperature chopped
  • 160ml 2 3 cup thickened cream
  • 160ml 2 3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp queen organic vanilla paste with seeds black 140g
  • 80ml 1 3 cup raspberry jam

The Instruction of 5 minute vanilla cheesecake

  • use your hands crumble biscuits into 6 serving glasses
  • use electric beaters to beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth add cream sweetened condensed milk and vanilla paste beat until smooth
  • spoon into a piping bag fitted with a fluted nozzle and pipe into glasses over biscuits
