The ingredient of Wholemeal Crepes With Caramel Bananas

  • 1 2 cup wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1 2 cup 75g plain flour
  • 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup 250ml water
  • 1 2 cup low fat milk
  • 4 ladyfinger bananas peeled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • whisk together the flours eggs water and milk heat a crepe pan over a high heat spray lightly with olive oil spray
