White/cheese Sauces (microwave)

The ingredient of White Cheese Sauces Microwave

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1 4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese

The Instruction of white cheese sauces microwave

  • melt the margarine or butter in a 2 pint microwavable jug or bowl for about 30 seconds or until just melted
  • stir in the flour and salt until it forms a smooth paste
  • slowly add the milk and blend it into the paste
  • cook the mix in the microwave for 3 minutes in 30 second blasts stirring after every 30 seconds
  • stir in grated cheese and microwave the mixture again for a further 30 seconds or until the cheese has melted
