Strawberry Coconut Custards


The ingredient of Strawberry Coconut Custards

  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 8 savoiardi sponge finger biscuits
  • 1 4 cup 60ml malibu
  • 2 cups 500ml purchased vanilla custard
  • 250g strawberries washed hulled sliced
  • 2 nectarines sliced

The Instruction of strawberry coconut custards

  • whip the cream and sugar together until soft peaks form
  • break the biscuits into small pieces and divide among 4 serving glasses drizzle over the coconut liqueur spoon over the custard
  • top with the fruit reserving a little for the top spoon over the whipped cream refrigerate for 1 hour
  • top with the reserved fruit and serve
