The ingredient of Salmon Steaks With Creamy Herbed Philly

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 salmon fillets approx 150g each skin on
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 250g philadelphia light spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs eg parsley chives dill
  • green salad for serving

The Instruction of salmon steaks with creamy herbed philly

  • heat the oil in a non stick frying pan season salmon with salt and pepper then place skin side down and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking remove from the pan and rest for 2 minutes
  • combine the philly with the garlic and herbs and mix well
  • place the salmon onto serving plates with the salad then top each with a dollop of herbed philly serve immediately
