Easy Lemon Tart

The ingredient of Easy Lemon Tart

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 125g butter melted
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoons grated lemon rind
  • 1 4 cup lemon juice

The Instruction of easy lemon tart

  • preheat oven to 180c grease 25cm pie dish
  • whisk eggs in bowl add flour and remaining ingredients until well combined pour mixture into dish
  • bake in moderate oven for about 45 mins or until browned and set dust with sifted icing sugar
