  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups cooked brown lentils
  • 1 2 cup 35g fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • salt freshly ground pepper
  • 4 wholemeal bread rolls halved
  • 1 small avocado
  • mixed salad leaves
  • 2 medium beetroot bulbs peeled coarsely grated
  • 2 carrots peeled coarsely grated
  • 1 3 cup 95g tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove crushed

  • preheat oven to 180u00b0c line a baking tray with non stick paper heat oil in a pan over medium heat cook onion and garlic for 3 mins until soft add cumin cook for 30 secs remove from heat
