No Bake Rawies


These easy no-bake treats are the fun, better-for-you way to snack this autumn.

  • 400g pitted medjool dates
  • 85g 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 35g 1 3 cup cocoa
  • 90g 2 3 cup dry roasted almonds plus 30 extra to decorate
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
