- 2 mangoes peeled cut into 2cm cubes
- 125g white marshmallows
- 1 sheet reduced fat puff pastry
- low fat sorbet to serve
The Instruction of mango tart
- preheat oven to 200u00b0c grease and line a 22cm base cake pan
- arrange mangoes over base of cake pan top with marshmallows
- place pastry over marshmallows trim edges
- bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden stand for 5 minutes
- turn out cut into wedges serve with sorbet
