Mango Tart


The ingredient of Mango Tart

  • 2 mangoes peeled cut into 2cm cubes
  • 125g white marshmallows
  • 1 sheet reduced fat puff pastry
  • low fat sorbet to serve

The Instruction of mango tart

  • preheat oven to 200u00b0c grease and line a 22cm base cake pan
  • arrange mangoes over base of cake pan top with marshmallows
  • place pastry over marshmallows trim edges
  • bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden stand for 5 minutes
  • turn out cut into wedges serve with sorbet
