Iced Fruit Delight


Dont sizzle - cool down with a fruity frozen treat.

The ingredient of Iced Fruit Delight

  • 2 cups 500ml reduced fat vanilla custard
  • 300ml extra light thickened cream
  • 1 3 cup 80ml honey
  • 2 large mangoes peeled
  • 2 large bananas peeled
  • 5 passionfruit halved
  • fresh raspberries to serve

The Instruction of iced fruit delight

  • line a 10cm x 20cm loaf pan with plastic wrap allowing extra wrap to hang over the sides combine the custard cream and honey in an airtight container cover and freeze for 4 hours or until almost firm
  • transfer the mixture to a blender and process until smooth transfer to a large bowl
  • puree the mango flesh and bananas add to the custard mixture together with the passionfruit pulp mix until well combined pour into the loaf pan cover with plastic wrap freeze overnight
  • turn out onto a chopping board remove the plastic wrap slice and serve with fresh raspberries
